The context behind the work.
Business / context
GAD Tuning had already built a strong reputation in automotive tuning and ECU remapping, but the website was no longer keeping pace with the business.
The problem
The previous WordPress installation had become heavy, affecting performance and making further development increasingly cumbersome. The design also needed refreshing, while organic visibility and enquiry generation had clear room to grow. The objective was therefore wider than simply producing a new-looking website. GAD Tuning needed a faster technical foundation that could support SEO, integrate the tools their customers use and turn more website visits into genuine enquiries.

We redesigned the site around GAD Tuning's services and customer journeys, creating a cleaner, more modern visual experience while making important actions easier to find. Particular attention was given to users looking for remapping information, vehicle-specific services and ways to contact the team.
Custom development
Custom development
Rather than replacing one heavyweight CMS implementation with another, we moved GAD Tuning onto a custom-built solution. This gave us greater control over front-end performance, page structure and technical SEO while removing unnecessary platform overhead.

SEO
SEO was considered throughout the rebuild rather than being added afterwards. The project included improvements to site architecture, technical foundations, page targeting and how search engines could understand and crawl the site.

Analytics & conversion measurement
GA4 measurement was configured around meaningful business actions rather than traffic alone, including enquiries through the contact journey and interactions with GAD Tuning's remap calculator.
